Palautukset
Tilauksen peruutus
Kaikki tilaukset voidaan perua mikäli niitä ei ole keretty lähettämään. Jos tilauksesi on maksettu ja sinun tarvitsee tehdä muutoksia tai perua tilaus ota meihin yhteyttä 12h kuluessa tilauksesta. Jos pakkaus on lähetetty tai on keräyksessä emme voi peruuttaa tilausta
Palautukset
Tyytyväisyytesi on meidän#1 prioriteetti. Joten, voit pyytää palautusta tai uudelleentoimitusta jos:
- Mikäli et saanut tuotetta luvatussa aikataulussa( 45 päivää ei sisällä 2-5 päivän käsittelyaikaa) voit pyytää hyvityksen tai uudelleen toimituksen.
- Jos sait väärän tuotteen voit pyytää palautusta tai uudelleentoimitusta.
- Jos et tahdo tuotetta jonka sait voit pyytää palautusta mutta sinun täytyy plauttaa tuote omalla kustannuksella ja tuotetta ei saa olla käytetty.
Valitettavastiemme voi hyväksyä palautusta mikäli:
- Asiakkaan tekemän virheen takia (esim.antamalla väärä toimitusosoite)
